Clinical Supervision - Occupational Therapy

Juliette provides clinical supervision for Occupational Therapists wanting to strengthen their mental health clinical skills and confidence when working with NDIS participants.

With over nine years of experience as a Mental Health OT within the NDIS, she offers a semi-formal, collaborative supervision style guided by each supervisee’s goals and professional stage.

Juliette also supports Occupational Therapists through the process of obtaining their Medicare Mental Health OT accreditation, helping them build the knowledge, experience, and documentation required to become accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapists.

Her supervision approach is grounded in a growth mindset and coaching framework, meeting each supervisee where they are, without judgment or expectation of prior knowledge.
