Counselling
A safe, steady space to talk things through, understand your emotions, and build practical strategies for everyday life.
Counsellors provide a safe space for people to talk through challenges, understand their emotions, and develop practical strategies to improve their wellbeing and relationships.
At Nesting Space, our counsellors provide safe, compassionate, and neuroaffirming support for both children and adults living with psychosocial or neurodevelopmental disabilities under the NDIS.
Our counselling sessions focus on helping clients understand and manage their emotions, build coping strategies, and strengthen self-esteem and relationships. We work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to promote growth, stability, and confidence in daily life.
Sessions are available through in person home visits, clinic sessions, or via telehealth, for flexibility and accessibility.
