Julia

Occupational Therapist

Julia brings with her experience in the disability sector, where she feels most connected and purposeful. She has a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals to feel understood, build confidence, and create lives that are meaningful to them and uses a trauma informed lens. Julia is passionate about providing support that is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.

Based on the Northern Beaches, Julia values balance, connection, and being present, both in her own life and in the lives of the people she works with. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a client-centred approach to her practice, always striving to create space for growth, self-understanding, and meaningful engagement.

Julia has completed specific training in trauma informed and neuro-affirming care and uses this in her practice everyday.

I love travelling and learning from different people, cultures, and ways of living, which influences how I understand and connect with others in my work.
