Kristin
Occupational Therapist
Kristin is a dynamic Occupational Therapist with a grounded, whole-body approach to supporting both children and adults. She has experience working with individuals from trauma and complex backgrounds and is deeply committed to creating spaces where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Her practice is guided by models she has special interest in, such as Polyvagal Theory, DIR Floortime, Sensory Processing, and Somatic Experiencing. Kristin weaves together sensory, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients build the foundations for everyday life, from emotional regulation and social connection to confidence and independence.
She brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s story, partnering closely with families and individuals to support growth that feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with their unique values and goals.
