Director / Mental Health Occupational TherapistJuliette has been a Mental Health OT for almost a decade and is seriously passionate about her work. She has experience working with a psychosocial caseload under the NDIS since 2018. Juliette uses a neuroaffirming lens and specialises working with a range disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative identity disorder, borderline personality disorder and much more.

Pediatric Occupational TherapistShelley L'Green is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 11 years of clinical expertise across Australia and Canada. Her experience spans community health settings, specialist diagnostic teams, private practice, and specialist schools, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of diverse healthcare systems and client needs. Her practice embraces a holistic, neuroaffirming approach that recognises the vital connection between sensory processing, regulation, and overall well being. While her foundation is in paediatric therapy, Shelley's scope extends to supporting individuals across the lifespan, with particular expertise in sensory integration, primitive reflex integration, and mental health.
Shelley offers both face-to-face and telehealth services, bringing innovative approaches to therapy delivery. She is passionate about supporting clients and families through life transitions, utilising evidence-based interventions while maintaining a strength-based, client-centred focus. Shelley is committed to creating inclusive, adaptable environments that support neurodiversity and promote meaningful connection and participation in daily life.

Recently joining the Nesting Space team, Didi previously worked at Macquarie University, where she supported students with disabilities in thriving within their university studies. A dedicated Northern Beaches mother of two, Didi is deeply passionate about helping young people and adults achieve their goals and make decisions that reflect their core values. She has a special interest in mental health and utilizes modalities such as Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Sensory Processing in her practice. Additionally, Didi is particularly drawn to supporting late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, helping them understand their diagnoses and navigate a world that often presents overwhelming sensory challenges.

Tori is a provisional psychologist currently pursuing her master’s in clinical psychology. With a solid foundation in both academic knowledge and practical experience, Tori brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work with both children and adults. She integrates therapeutic techniques from her studies with real-life experience to effectively support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and more.
Driven by a deep passion for psychology and mental health, Tori is committed to helping clients build self compassion, manage complex emotions, and navigate life’s difficulties with resilience. Her expertise extends to supporting clients with diverse mental health diagnoses, and she has a particular interest in working with the neurodivergent community and late-diagnosed adults.
Before embarking on her studies, Tori worked as a mental health support worker within the NDIS, where she gained valuable experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health and developmental challenges.
