With over 10 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist across both London and Australia, Didi brings a diverse and comprehensive skill set gained from her extensive caseload. Recently joining the Nesting Space team, Didi previously worked at Macquarie University, where she supported students with disabilities in thriving within their university studies.

A dedicated Northern Beaches mother of two, Didi is deeply passionate about helping young people and adults achieve their goals and make decisions that reflect their core values. She has a special interest in mental health and utilises modalities such as Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Sensory Processing in her practice. Additionally, Didi is particularly drawn to supporting late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, helping them understand their diagnoses and navigate a world that often presents overwhelming sensory challenges.

I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and I really value that we all have different ways of communicating and connecting. For me, that might look like inconsistent eye contact, the occasional info dump, and using sensory supports to stay grounded during sessions. I’m also a Northern Beaches mum of two, and outside of work I love camping and being in nature, reading, and crocheting. I enjoy researching new crafts and patterns (sometimes more than actually finishing them!). Like many of the people I work with, I navigate my own executive functioning challenges and am continually learning and growing. I value the idea that we’re all on our own journey, and that growth doesn’t have to look linear to be meaningful.
