Emma
Senior Occupational Therapist
Emma graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, her holistic approach honours each person's unique story, strengths and needs, supporting them to build confidence, resilience and meaningful participation in the things that matter most to them.
Grounded in empathy, compassion and respect, Emma recognises that each client's experiences and challenges are different. She works closely with families and key supports to provide person-centred, evidence-informed intervention that aligns with each individual's goals and values.
Emma has completed further training in trauma-informed care, neuroaffirming practice and mental health intervention. She has extensive experience supporting children and young people who are neurodivergent, including those with a PDA profile, who require emotional regulation support, or who have a trauma history or other mental health challenges.
Emma is passionate about helping clients develop practical strategies that enhance participation at home, school and in the community, while fostering resilience and wellbeing. Building genuine relationships is at the heart of Emma's practice, and she feels privileged to walk alongside clients and families as they navigate challenges, celebrate achievements and work towards meaningful, life-enhancing outcomes.
