Tori
Provisional Psychologist
Tori is a provisional psychologist currently pursuing her master's in clinical psychology. With a solid foundation in both academic knowledge and practical experience, tori brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work with both children and adults. She integrates therapeutic techniques from her studies with real-life experience to effectively support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and more.
Driven by a deep passion for psychology and mental health, Tori is committed to helping clients build self-compassion, manage complex emotions, and navigate life's difficulties with resilience. Her expertise extends to supporting clients with diverse mental health diagnoses, and she has a particular interest in working with the neurodivergent community and late-diagnosed adults. Before embarking on her studies, tori worked as a mental health support worker within the NDIS, where she gained valuable experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health and developmental challenges.
Before psychology, I spent 12 years in marketing - working across brands like PepsiCo, Red Rock Deli, and Fantastic Furniture. That career sharpened my curiosity about people and what drives them, and over time I wanted to apply that understanding in a deeper, more personal way. Pivoting into psychology let me channel my passion for the human mind into work that truly matters. Outside the therapy room, my creative side still shows up - mostly in the kitchen, where I find baking (especially croissants) both grounding and rewarding. I believe every person has a story worth hearing, and I'm committed to showing up with the compassion and curiosity that each one deserves.
